  1. Set up your account. This requires you to select a username and password and enter your email address. This username ("alias") and password will be used by you for all subsequent logins to the site.
  2. Fill in your details. We are required to collect certain personal information in order to verify the identity of our players including full name, address, phone number and date of birth. Residence phone numbers are necessary in order for us to contact players with Prize/Contest notifications, and/or to assist them personally with queries.

New Player Welcome Bonus

7Kasino offers new members a 200% bonus on their initial deposit of £/€/$20 or more to a maximum of £/€/$500 free. Any winnings (regardless if they are cash or bonus wagers) are placed in your bonus balance until wagering requirements are met. You may withdraw any cash balance from your account at any time as per the rules below. A withdrawal will result in permanent forfeiture of any unqualified bonus and bonus wins.

Player Referral Bonus

7Kasino offers an excellent player Referral Bonus. Invite a friend to become a 7Kasino member. They must register using your account ID number as their reference. Once they have registered and made a successful deposit your account will be credited with 25 in unqualified bonus for the referral. Members of the same family and/or household may not refer each other. Referring players must have deposited to their accounts within 30 days prior to the referral. Abuse of the referral program will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds therein.

Depositing to your Casino Account

The minimum deposit transaction amount is £/€/$20, and the maximum transaction amount is £/€/$3000. You may deposit a maximum total of £/€/$10,000 in a 24-hour period. 7Kasino offers a wide selection of deposit methods as follows:

Note: Registration information must be the same as the billing information provided to our payables department. Any inconsistencies will result in a delay in receiving redemptions. For privacy and security reasons, email correspondence will be limited to communication with the email address registered on the account. Players are responsible for keeping their email address current. Players may choose to receive a withdrawal by Credit/Debit, Moneybookers, or NETeller if they have deposited with that method within 60 days of the withdrawal. Our policy is to verify the age and identity of our players. Prior to approving any withdrawal request we may ask you to provide certain identification documents to us (ie. copy of passport or other government-issued identification; recent utility bill; marriage license etc). One withdrawal request may be made in any withdrawal period. If you request a withdrawal which you subsequently cancel or reverse you are required to wait 24 hours before submitting a new withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are approved by 7Kasino on Thursdays for requests submitted by 12 midnight GMT the night before (01:00 main land, 00:00 in Canary Islands).

Non-depositing players may redeem a maximum of £/€/$250 cash. Any cash beyond £/€/$250 that has accumulated prior to a player's initial deposit is available for wagering but is not redeemable, irrespective of subsequent deposits.

Players holding more than one Network account are entitled to request payouts on one account ONLY in any pay period. In the event players request payouts on more than one account in any pay period, only the first request will be approved; all other requests will be declined. Any bonus money forfeited as a result of payout requests which are subsequently declined for this reason will not be returned.

* An account is in good standing when it is open and there are no pending or ongoing investigations associated with the account. An account is current when a minimum of £/€/$10 has been deposited and wagered within the past 30 days. Funds are not available for withdrawal from any account which does not satisfy these criteria.

Guidelines for Bonus Funds

Cash and bonus wagering will contribute to bonus qualification. Any winnings (regardless if they are cash or bonus wagers) are placed in your bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.

Once bonus qualification is met any remaining amount in your bonus balance will become redeemable cash. Cash can be withdrawn at any time. If you request a withdrawal any bonus balance, including any winnings before your bonus qualification is met is forfeited and will not be reinstated.

If you have no qualifying bonus and/or bonus balance all wins are awarded as cash.

Bonus funds cannot be paid or transferred to another player's account. You may use your bonus funds to play all our games with the exception of progressive jackpot games.

Bonus awards and winnings earned in bonus must be qualified within 180 days of the deposit date, otherwise the balance will expire and be removed from accounts. Bonus funds also expire after 180 days and will be removed from player accounts.

When a player has more than one active bonus, wagering will contribute first to qualification of the oldest bonus, and then to any subsequent bonus amounts.

When you make a deposit you will be given the option to opt out of participating in the bonus program. If you opt out of bonus you are not entitled to receive bonus from any source. If you wish to opt back into the bonus program in future you must contact the help desk to be reinstated. No bonus will be given retroactively.

Bonuses are awarded to enhance your enjoyment of our games however we reserve the right to govern how bonuses are used before a player is allowed to cash them in. As such we deem it necessary to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to the wagering/turn requirements. Any minimal risk wagering (for example black and red, odd/even on Roulette) will not be allowed to contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings removed.

7Kasino Loyalty Program

The more you play at 7Kasino the more loyalty points you earn. As you accumulate points, your loyalty level increases and you become entitled to increasingly generous loyalty bonuses.

7Kasino's loyalty levels range from level 1 to level 5. A level 1 player represents a new player who has not yet made a cash wager in any of our games. A level 5 player signifies a loyal player who has deposited and played regularly over a long period of time.

Termination of Account

7Kasino reserves the right to terminate a player's account at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. In the event 7Kasino terminates a player's account, all unqualified Bonus from that player's account will be forfeited without compensation. Any cash balance in excess of £/€/$1 will be returned to the player. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details on account termination.

Registration & Participation Rules

You are only allowed to register once per person. A maximum of two accounts per household is allowed in cases where the second player in the household has requested and received permission in writing from 7Kasino management. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in all accounts being disabled and all funds forfeited.

We offer players the privilege of holding active accounts on more than one site on our Gaming Network. Players who choose to take advantage of this privilege may only be active on one account on any day, such day to be defined as 12:00 AM to 23:59 PM. Players may not play on two accounts on the same day for any reason. Any account activity involving games of any kind will be construed as account play. Players who violate this rule may be reduced to a single Network account and/or will have all accounts closed at the discretion of management.

Claiming Prizes

Prizes are automatically deposited to a player's account. Members can play games from their winnings or request a redemption. Funds from wins over a certain prize threshold are pended until completion of a standard game review. Such funds are credited to the player's account following review and approval by management.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, casino game top prizes and/or Progressive Jackpots are awarded only when maximum is wagered. This is not always indicated on the individual casino game interface.

Player Profile

Your registration information becomes your permanent player profile with 7Kasino. You may view this information via the My Account tab where you will also be able to see a breakdown of your account balance. From this tab you may change your password by choosing to modify your Profile. For all other player profile changes you must contact our help desk. Supplementary documents may be requested in order to affect changes to your personal information.

The Player Profile is also the place to manage any restrictions you wish to place on your account. You may opt to reduce your daily/weekly/monthly deposit and wager limits from standard, in order to assist with money management. Please note you may not increase your limits above standard. Requests for increases must be directed to the Help Desk and are subject to a 24-hour cooling off period.

Account Closure

We offer two options for closing your account:

  1. Temporary Self- Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for a short period of time, go to My Account and choose "Close Account." You will be asked to select an exclusion timeframe. Please note, at the end of this time you must contact our Help Desk as accounts under temporary exclusion do not reopen automatically when the specified time is up.
  2. Permanent Self- Exclusion: If you wish to permanently close your account, go to My Account and choose "Close Account". If there are any funds remaining in your account this will automatically generate a withdrawal request. If the withdrawal amount is under £/€/$1 we will donate the amount to charity.
